It's ridiculous. their phone number doesn't work, their email neither..and when you cancel the order online, it doesn't cancel it..they charge you anyway and never send the product..

I too was conned by this company. Am now trying to reclaim the money back from my bank. DVDs finally arrived but All bootleg and none play on my dvd player. I am in the UK so can anyone tell me in the US who I can complain to about this company as will happily do it!! Thanks
